In Fc's inaugural chapter, we set out to revolutionize taking early-stage enterprise technology companies from 0 to 1, faster and with less risk. This has never been done for enterprise tech and we are proud to lead the charge. While accelerating technology companies, Fc allows Enterprise IT Decision Makers early access to evaluate and mentor these early-stage companies.

For those joining in ‘24, your equity accumulation starts this year and will continue as long as you participate in the Rapid Review. We are expanding our impact with the announcement of the new Fc CIO Council, led by two prestigious CIOs as Chairmen. The Council is a group of accomplished technology executives with diverse expertise who will help steer Fc towards new horizons in Enterprise Technology. We are proud to work hand in hand with the Chairmen of the Fc CIO Council, Messrs. Chuck Musciano and Niel Nickolaisen. Both are accomplished leaders in the space.

Chuck Musciano, a transformative CIO with 41 years of experience in computing and technology, is currently the Chief Information Officer at Inframark — a leader in Water Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Management Services. At Inframark, he oversees the company's enterprise infrastructure, applications, analytics, cybersecurity, and end-user computing platforms. Throughout his career, Chuck has tackled diverse technology challenges in a broad range of industries. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, application development, and customer-focused technology delivery. Committed to helping companies transform and optimize their technology platforms for business success, Mr. Musciano is a well-recognized and respected leader in the field.

Niel Nickolaisen, a seasoned technology executive with a background in turnaround roles, has held key positions as a CIO and CTO, as well as a COO. Passionate about the three pillars of IT leadership—enabling strategy, achieving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of trust and ownership—Niel has driven transformative outcomes throughout his career as a CIO and advisor to established organizations and start-ups. He is a published author and recipient of prestigious IT leadership awards, including CIO Magazine 100. Niel currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Systems and Security at Utah State University, following his impactful tenure as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at OC Tanner.
